A private assistant for the household: search and ask across your own documents, photos, and notes; a personal phone Co-Pilot that drafts and triages your texts; help with the family's paperwork — none of it leaving the house. The kids' data stays the kids' data.
Dozō Business
For 2–15 person firms that hold other people's sensitive information — bookkeepers, tax preparers, advisors, law offices. Client files worked locally, a consent-aware Co-Pilot on the business line, and a Ledger that turns "we're careful" into evidence.
Dozō Agency Edition
Everything in Business, plus Agency OS preloaded: Dec Page Intelligence turns declaration pages into clean, ACORD-structured data — without the dec page ever leaving your walls — wired to the AMS and CRM you already run. Compliance mapped to your regulators' actual vocabulary. Proven in continuous production inside our own Allstate agency.

Four systems, already broken in.
Every request routes by sensitivity. Local lane (default): open models on the box — private data never leaves. Claude lane: frontier reasoning when the job needs it, under your policy. Cloud lane: general models for general tasks. Not a roadmap item — this router runs in production today.
Prompt-injection hardening on tool-using workflows. Loop guards so the box can never ping-pong with another auto-responder. Echo guards so it never replies to itself. Per-contact rate caps. Boring, tested, load-bearing.
Every prompt, retrieval, model response, and outbound message goes to an append-only log on the box. For a household that's peace of mind; for a covered business it's the evidence file.

We didn't design this box. We lived it.
Dozō began as the founder's own build: a mini-PC on the home network, local models, a phone hook — then months of the unglamorous part. Services that survive reboots. Guards against reply loops. A router that never sends the wrong thing to the wrong model. Releases gated by a test suite before they touch the production box.
Today that same stack runs a household and a real, regulated insurance agency — Nazemoff & Co., our own Allstate agency — against a live AMS, CRM, and phone line. When the September units ship, they ship with miles on the design.

Dozō ships focused on Anthropic's Claude family — Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Opus 4.8, and Claude Fable 5 to start — reached through the Router under your policy. Open-weight models run on the local lane, where sovereignty matters and private data never leaves the box. Both worlds, one set of rules — enforced by the Router on every request.

The name means "go ahead." It also means the walls.
In Japan, dōzō is the word you hear when someone hands you something or waves you through a door: please — go ahead. It's an invitation. And dozō is the storehouse — thick clay walls, fireproof, standing on the family's own grounds, where a household kept what mattered most. When fire took the neighborhood, the dozō stood.

What is Dozō?

Who is it for?
Entrepreneurs and owners who aren't technical and don't want to be — plus their households. Firms holding sensitive client information get the Business edition; insurance agencies get the Agency Edition with Agency OS preloaded.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a cloud AI subscription?
Cloud tools send every prompt and document to someone else's servers under policies they can change. Dozō processes them on a box you own. Privacy by architecture, not by promise.
Couldn't I build this myself with a mini-PC and Ollama?
You could — we did, and that build became Dozō. What you're buying is the two hundred hours you won't spend on reply-loop guards, reboot-proof services, prompt-injection hardening, routing policy, and the test suite that gates every release.
Do I have to give up frontier models like Claude?
No. The Router keeps sensitive lanes local by default and reaches Claude — Sonnet 5, Opus 4.8, and Fable 5 at launch — only where your policy allows. You set the rules once; the box enforces them everywhere.
What's the Agency Edition?
The same box with Agency OS preloaded: Dec Page Intelligence (dec pages → ACORD-structured data, on-box), AMS/CRM integration, and compliance mapped to GLBA Safeguards, the NAIC data-security model law, and the E&O questionnaire. Proven in our own Allstate agency.
Is the phone Co-Pilot compliant for business use?
It's built consent-aware: human-approval drafting for known contacts, configurable consented intake for new ones, full logging.
